David Washburn Bio:

Hi, my name is David Washburn and I am the owner of Titan
Gutters and Landscape. I have over 15 years of experience in
the landscape Maintenance and lawn care business. I have resided in Oregon for over 7 years now and am a single father with a 9 year old daughter, teaching her that you can do whatever you want in life, including being a small business owner.  I take great pride in my work, and absolutely love what I do! I love educating my clients on how to maintain a healthy
lawn as well as help come in and repair their lawns to bring
them back to life. After starting my first company on my own
and then becoming so busy with the volume of clients, I took
on a business partner.  However, as life changes daily so
do work styles and ethics. Mine revolve around my clients
and providing them with amazing results and outstanding
customer service. I have gone back to being a sole owner to
my business and I strive to provide the best Aerating and
Thatching in the Portland Metro Area and beyond.

Titan specializes in Aeration, Dethatching and Moss. We come
in and assess your lawn and provide you with the services
you need.  Our Full Lawn Repair Package is our best
deal out there, providing you with Aerating, dethatching
with clean up, lime, over seeding, fertilizer and top
dressing to your front and back yard as well as blowing off
any hard surfaces for $299. We specialize in Moss Treatment
as well.  Not sure what you want or need?  We will come
out and give you a bid on services to your property.  If you

and we will get you a bid and email you an estimate. We can even do monthly maintenance to your properties if needed or whatever
schedule works best for you.  We provide more than just
mowing and lawn service, we make your lawn look amazing!
